YWAM Nelson is offering a Building Discipleship Course for those who desire to partner with God in a practical way, as He rebuilds and restores the hearts of His children. This eight-week course is designed to encourage discipleship while offering hands-on experience in building and construction.
Do you desire to serve the Lord by learning a practical skill like construction? Does your heart resonate with God’s desire to restore and rebuild people’s lives as He ministers His love to their hearts? This course offers an opportunity to partner with God using your interests and natural abilities, as your faith in Him is grown and matured. Build Faith
We will come alongside you while your faith and your relationship with God is deepened and strengthened, and your heart for missions expands. We believe you will experience God’s kingdom work as you worship with your entire heart, soul, mind, and body.

Practical Skills
The goal of this course is to help you develop some practical skills that can really make a difference in your future, and equip you to positively impact the lives of others.

Mentorship
As part of the YWAM family, you will participate in our daily rhythms of morning prayer and worship, shared meals, and community life on campus. You will have spiritual mentorship along with construction and building mentorship. The practical, hands-on experience of building will focus on the construction of a sleep-out / cabin.

Mission Build
After completion of the Building Discipleship Course, you may feel to continue with YWAM and take a five-month Discipleship Training School at our campus. You may desire to gain further skills at a trade school, or begin working with valuable experience already under your belt. This course is designed to ignite a passion in your heart, to encourage you to explore God’s will for your life, and to release you with new vision and opportunity for your future. Come join us!
